For orders we accept through this website, these shipping terms cover preparation and delivery to supported United States addresses.

Order timeline

Allow about 1–2 business days for normal processing and an estimated 3–5 business days for transportation. Delivery dates shown are projections and cannot be guaranteed.

Rates, addresses, and tracking

Any free-shipping offer and the final shipping charge are determined at checkout. Customers must provide a complete, accurate delivery address, email, and phone number. Tracking updates are sent when available; carrier scans can take time to appear.

Delivery problems and limits

Contact us with the order number and checkout email for a delay, suspected loss, delivered-but-missing package, damage, or an address concern. For damage, include photos of the item and packaging. We may ask the carrier to investigate. Service can be restricted where a carrier cannot safely or lawfully deliver.
